You may use Software only while the period your are subscribed for the service (hosted version) or period that downloadable version is licenced.

g) SPAM

You agree to cover all our expenses concerned with spamming using your account or sent by you.

h) PASSWORDS

You have to keep passwords in safe place. You are responsible for any action done by anyone using your password as if you did that. It does not relieve somebody's of responsibility for stealing passwords.

i) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
