Operator is typing indicator - shows "Operator is typing" message to your visitor when operator starts typing. Operator is typing indicator makes visitor more calm while waiting for the operator's response. You can enable/disable this feature.

Clocks - shows how much time visitor have spent on the site.

Chat reports - tracks time spent in chat by visitors and each operator that chatted with visitor. You may get total time spent by operator in chats.

So operators would be able to view visitor's shopping cart, add/remove products and many other things that you can imagine.

Hide to Tray - Hide operator's software to system tray and frees your desktop space. Alert popup and audio alerts would notify you.

Push Page - open browser on client's side with any url like a web page, some file for download or secret url which gives access to restricted area.

Follow Me - when you enable "Follow Me" feature a browser window is opened on visitor's side and follows clicks you do in built in browser.

Push Image - push images directly in chat window.

Screensaver Detection - software will go to offline status when your screen saver starts.

Works Everywhere - operator's software will work everywhere where Internet Explorer works and even wider. Our software is able to connect directly to our server, via proxy server and via Internet Explorer. Chat could be engaged with most browsers like: Internet Explorer, Mozzila (FireFox, Safari, Netscape 6, 7), Opera 8.
